HE RECOMMENDED THAT THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THE <br />COMMERCIAL BE BLOBBED TO THE LARGE AREA AND THE SOUTHERN PORTION BE <br />CHANGED BACK TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, WHICH WOULD FIT THE EXISTING <br />SITUATION BETTER AND WOULD ALLOW THEM TO PROCEED WITH THE PROPOSED CHANGE <br />IN ZONING THAT THEY ARE CONSIDERING.FOR THE AREA, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ACCEPTED THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE <br />PLANNING DEPARTMENT ON ITEM #11. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS NOTED THAT THIS IS A CONTINUING PUBLIC HEARING <br />AND ASKED THAT THE RECORD SHOW THAT NO ONE WAS HERE TO SPEAK ON ITEM #11. <br />THE PLANNER HAD NO COMMENT ON ITEM #13. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYONE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO <br />WISHED TO SPEAK ON ITEMS #1, #2, #3, #6, #8, #IO OR #13.
