The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION. The Board <br />unanimously approved to table this item and directed staff <br />to work with Attorney Shubin to prepare a recommendation <br />to the Board. <br />11.A.2. DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 2133 1ST COURT SE <br />James "Buddy" Akins, Director of the Building Division, used a PowerPoint <br />presentation to provide updated status on the demolition of the structure located at the subject <br />address. He showed the Board pictures of how the owner had resolved outstanding code issues <br />with the building and improved its appearance. He requested the Board rescind the condemnation <br />action and allow the owner to acquire a Certificate of Occupancy. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />to rescind the condemnation action of November 14, 2006, <br />for the structure located at 2133 1st Court SE, and allow the <br />owner up to 60 -days additional time to acquire a Certificate <br />of Occupancy for this residence, as recommended in the <br />memorandum of January 10, 2007. <br />11.A.3.
