REDICK WAS SATISFIED THAT <br />THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN DRAWING DOWN THE WATER TABLE FROM THE ADJACENT <br />PROPERTIES, <br />MR. WILLIAM BIDLINGMAYER INFORMED THE BOARD THAT SHE AND <br />HER HUSBAND ARE 014NERS OF THE PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE NORTH, AND <br />THEY OBJECT TO THE PROPOSED ZONING. SHE NOTED THAT THEY RELY ON AN <br />ARTESIAN WELL FOR IRRIGATING THEIR GARDEN AND GROVE AREA AND HAVE <br />ALWAYS BEEN VERY CONCERNED ABOUT SALT WATER INTRUSION. !IRS. PIDLING— <br />MAYER THEN SPOKE ABOUT THE'INADEOUACY OF THE DRAINAGE FOR THE AREA AND <br />STATED THAT THIS IS SOMETHING THEY HAVE TRIED TO DEAL WITH FOR MANY <br />YEARS. SHE NOTED THAT THE CANAL ON THE NORTH OF THE TRAILER PARK IS <br />DEEDED TO THE STATE ROAD DEPARTMENT AND IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. SHE <br />CONTINUED THAT EVER SINCE VERO SHORES DEVELOPED, THEIR DRAINAGE HAS <br />BEEN LESS THAN ADEQUATE AND WHEN IT RAINS VERY MUCH, THE WATER BACKS UP <br />ONTO THEIR LAND.
