Under discussion, Chairman Lowther’s inquired about a south county library and <br />was advised that it is the next priority library. <br />Commissioner Wheeler questioned the operation of the joint library at the college <br />campus and he wanted to make sure the library at the college was located for good access by the <br />general public and that access by the public would never end. <br />Commissioners indicated their support for this combined effort. <br /> <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried unanimously. (The Board re-affirmed the proposed <br />joint-use facility to be the first priority of the library <br />expansion and authorized the County Attorney to prepare <br />the necessary documents and agreements to be prepared <br />and presented back to the Board in order to have such <br />agreements approved by the Board and the necessary <br />funding deposited with the Indian River Community <br />College Foundation, Inc. before February 1, 2005, if <br />possible, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />December 28, 2004. <br /> <br />11.C.3.
