County Attorney Collins reviewed his memorandum. <br />A brief discussion followed to establish a complete understanding of this abatement. <br /> <br />ON MOTION BY Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED <br />by Vice Chairman Neuberger, the Board unanimously <br />agreed to direct Code Enforcement staff to suspend <br />enforcement of code provisions against commercial <br />vehicles at residential structures when they are related to <br />hurricane storage and reconstruction for a period of six <br />months, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />December 28, 2004. This matter shall be brought back to <br />the Board for re-evaluation at the end of that period. <br /> <br />TH <br />12.B.
