Part of this proposal is to get permit approval to allow stormwater from the adjacent site (Grace <br />Pines) to be used for some of the run-off and to obtain an easement over that site. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard <br />with regard to this matter. There being none, the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously granted <br />special exception use approval for the requested multi- <br />purpose building with the following conditions; a) That prior <br />to the site plan release, the applicant shall obtain a <br />stormwater easement, acceptable to the County Attorney's <br />Office, for the use of the Grace Pines stormwater system and <br />shall obtain a modified LDP for Grace Pines to allow St. <br />Peter's use of the system; b) That prior to the issuance of a <br />C.O., the applicant shall plant all buffers as depicted on the <br />approved plans, as recommended in the memorandum. <br />Commissioner Adams said she was thankful to hear they are taking care of the oak <br />trees. <br />NOVEMBER 18, 2003 23 <br />
