The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard <br />regarding this matter. There being none, the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Neuberger, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 2003-148 for the closing, abandonment, vacation <br />and discontinuance of a portion of Short Street lying between <br />134th Street and the Florida East Coast Railroad right-of- <br />way, reserving an easement over the entire right-of-way, said <br />land lying in Indian River County, Florida. <br />9.A.2.
