General Services Director Tom Frame explained the proposed Change Order and <br />asked the Board to approve the request. <br />Commissioner Wheeler was concerned about recurrent problems of which the <br />Architect should be aware. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />Change Order # 15 with Peter R. Brown Construction, Inc., <br />for Acoustical Panel installation, and authorized the <br />Chairman to execute said document after review and <br />approval of the Budget and legal staff, as recommended in <br />the memorandum of November 13, 2007. <br />Administrator Baird addressed the concerns of Commissioner Wheeler. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan questioned competitive bid price, and Project Director Lynn Williams <br />explained how the prices were established, and from where the funds would come. Administrator <br />Baird offered to send additional information to Commissioner O'Bryan. <br />11.D. HUMAN RESOURCES <br />1.
