<br />IS THE SECOND PUBLIC HEARING BEING HELD FOR THE PURPOSE OF GIVING THE
<br />CITIZENS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AN ADEQUATE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE
<br />IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ANY POSSIBLE REVISIONS TO THE PROPOSED 1979 COM-
<br />MUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PRE -APPLICATION. THE FIRST HEARING WAS
<br />HELD AT 10:00 O'CLOCK A.M. THIS MORNING. HE THEN REVIEWED THE MATERIAL
<br />•`� PRESENTED EARLIER TODAY, AND DISCUSSED THE PROPOSED PROJECT, WHICH THE
