MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Solari, <br />SECONDED by Vice Chairman Flescher, to approve the <br />Hurricane Wilma Community Development Block Grant <br />Disaster Recovery Initiative (CDBG-DRI) Group Four (4) <br />applicants list and authorized staff to begin the bid process <br />to secure services from licensed contractors for needed <br />rehabilitation work. <br />Responding to Commissioner Solari's inquiry, Chief of Long Range Planning Sasan <br />Rohani confirmed that each Commissioner must declare any conflict of interest regarding the list <br />of applicants provided with staff's report. <br />Commissioner Solari, Commissioner O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Flescher, Commissioner <br />Wheeler, and Chairman Davis each declared there was no conflict of interest, respectively. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the <br />Motion carried. The Board unanimously approved the <br />Hurricane Wilma Community Development Block Grant <br />Disaster Recovery Initiative (CDBG-DRI) Group Four (4) <br />applicants list and authorized staff to begin the bid process <br />to secure services from licensed contractors for needed <br />rehabilitation work, as recommended in the memorandum <br />of October 21, 2009. <br />12.B.
