Brian Burkeen, Assistant Fire Chief, clarified that the application, from All County <br />Ambulance, Inc., doing business as Medical Transportation Specialists (MTS), for a Class E <br />Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is for non -emergency, non-medical, wheelchair, <br />and stretcher transportation, for patients coming and going from doctor's offices or the hospital. <br />He disclosed that they applied for this Class E Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to <br />make it legal and to comply with the Ordinance. <br />be based. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan wanted to know where All County Ambulance, Inc. would <br />Chief Burkeen said they would be based at Indian River Medical Center. <br />Vice Chair Bowden opened the public hearing.
