0 <br />Mr. Eugene Gillis <br />January 16, 1979 <br />Page 2 <br />Attached herewith is my memorandum of January 10, 1979, to the <br />Board of County Commissioners citing our objectives for the <br />balance of this program. Along with it is a copy of a letter <br />from Noel Wheaton containing estimates for the full rehabilitation <br />of the residences contained therein. <br />I understand that the FFC will continue to provide supervision <br />of the program, pay salaries and provide for compliance with <br />Federal requirements relative to fringe benefits. We -agree to <br />reimburse your organization for the actual dollars expended on a <br />bi-weekly basis. Kindly bill the Board of County Commission <br />Community Block Grant. <br />..This program is proposed to continue for 6 weeks commencing with <br />the conclusion of the time in the Agreement of November 20, 1978. <br />The county resolution authorizing this letter of agreement <br />specifically states: "Total federal grant funds to be expended <br />for labor and materials shall not exceed $10,000." These are funds <br />from our Community Development Block Grant for FY '77 and represent <br />the absolute maximum expenditure for Indian River County on these <br />two residences. <br />Transmitted herewith is the original and one copy of this letter. <br />If it meets the approval of the FFC, retain one copy and return <br />an executed copy to me fo•r our files. <br />Sincerely, <br />Edward J.
