Previously this rezoning was tabled because too many <br />members were absent at the P&Z meeting. There were some factoring mechanisms changed while <br />it was tabled, and this application did meet concurrency after those changes. Staff recommended <br />approval of the rezoning. <br /> <br />(Clerk’s Note: The Chairman asked the Clerk to swear in the parties intending to <br />speak.) <br />Discussion ensured by the Commissioners regarding the existing zoning <br />surrounding the site. <br /> Bruce Barkett, <br />Attorney156 Beachland Blvd., said the adjacent properties <br />occupied are all zoned RM-6.
