NOW RECOMMENDS APPROVAL, HE NOTED THAT AN OVERALL PLAT OF THIS SUB- <br />DIVISION WAS APPROVED, AND IT IS BEING DEVELOPED IN UNITS. <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMIS- <br />SIONER DEESON, TO GRANT FINAL APPROVAL OF SEAGROVE SUBDIVISION, UNIT, 3. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS COMMENTED THAT THERE HAS BEEN A PROBLEM LATELY <br />ABOUT SUBDIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTIES, AND IT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE <br />THAT THE BOARD AT LEAST HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW THE DEED RESTRIC- <br />TIONS PRIOR TO ACTUAL RECORDING OF THE PLAT. THE BOARD HAS NEVER, IN <br />THE PAST, REVIEWED DEED RESTRICTIONS, BUT HE FELT IT WOULD BE WISE TO <br />TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION IN THE FUTURE, <br />MR. E. PADGETT ADVISED THE BOARD THAT HE HAS THE HIGHEST SET <br />OF RESTRICTIONS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND THEY WERE APPLIED TO THE <br />FIRST PLAT AND WERE TO INCLUDE ANY ADDITIONAL PLATS, AND THE LOTS CANNOT <br />BE DIVIDED UP•INTO SMALLER LOTS, <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. IT WAS VOTED ON AND <br />CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATOR THOMAS APPROACHED THE BOARD <br />REGARDING A NEW ROOF AT THE ROSELAND WOMEN'S CLUB, WHICH IS BEYOND REPAIR. <br />HE FURTHER ADVISED THE BOARD OF TWO PROPOSALS THAT HE HAS OBTAINED - <br />ONE FROM HAMBLIN ENTERPRISES, VERO BEACH, FLORIDA,.IN THE. -AMOUNT OF <br />$1,664 AND THE OTHER FROM E & C ROOFING, VERO REACH, FLORIDA, IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $2,451, AND BOTH HAVE A GUARANTEE OF 20 YEARS, <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE ASKED MR.
