<br />of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, will receive bids to the hour of
<br />9:30 A.M. Wednesday, February 7,1979, for the
<br />following:

<br />the County Adm Inistrafor, •Room 115, County
<br />Court House, or will be mailed upon request:

<br />reserves the right to reject any or all of the
<br />bids and make awards in any manner which
<br />the Board considers to be in the best interest of
<br />Indian River County, Florida.

<br />an envelope securely seated and marked on the
<br />outside to show the item being bid on and the
<br />date and time of the opening. The bids may be
<br />mailed or delivered to the office of the County
<br />Administrator, Room 115, County Court House,
