The purpose of this request is to develop a country club <br />facility within a proposed residential development. In an RM -6, residential multi -family zoning <br />district a club facility is allowed as a special exception use. The location is at the southwest corner <br />of 45th Street and Indian River Boulevard intersection. He explained when there is multiple <br />recreational uses it is treated as a country club in response to Commissioner Ginn's inquiry. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard regarding <br />this matter. <br />Steve Moler, 1425 14th Avenue of Masteller and Moler, Inc. thanked staff for working <br />with them on the project and said he would be happy to answer any questions. <br />DECEMBER 16, 2003 27 <br />
