ON MOTION by Commissioner Neuberger, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Developer's Agreement for the widening of the intersection at <br />State Road 60 and 58th Avenue with Equity Investments, <br />LLC., as requested in the memorandum dated December 1, <br />2003. COUNTY ATTORNEY/CLIENT SESSION - NICHOLSON, <br />TRUSTEE VS INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />(CLERK'S NOTE: The Board delayed this item until 3:30 p.m. in order for the court <br />reporter to attend. The regular meeting continued, recessed at 12:57 P.M., and reconvened at 3:30 <br />p.m. in the Commission Chambers in closed session. All members were present except <br />Commissioner Adams was absent. This item is placed here for continuity.) <br />Chairman Macht reconvened the regular meeting at 3:30 p.m., announcing that this <br />attorney/client session will last approximately one hour. He read the memorandum (copy on file) <br />detailing the purpose of this session. Those in attendance were Chairman Kenneth R. Macht, Vice <br />Chairman Caroline D. Ginn, Commissioner Thomas S. Lowther, and Commissioner Arthur R. <br />Neuberger. Commissioner Adams was absent. Also present were County Attorney William G. <br />Collins II, Assistant County Attorney Marion Fell, Acting County Administrator Joseph A.
