Mr. Blum advised concerning the bridge which will have a full turning movement <br />and there will not be a long turnaround that someone had mentioned earlier. They have <br />conceptual approval from the SJRWMD to construct the bridge. <br />It was determined that no one else wished to be heard and the Chairman closed the <br />public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Neuberger, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board by a 4-1 vote (Vice <br />Chairman Ginn opposed) adopted Ordinance No. 2003-039 <br />amending the Zoning Ordinance and the accompanying Zoning <br />Map for approximately 2.99 acres located 38 feet north of 9111 <br />Street SW along the east side of 431d Avenue, from CH, Heavy <br />Commercial District, to CG, General Commercial District; <br />providing codification, severability, and effective date. <br />9.B.
