JOHNS RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT'S REQUEST FOR <br />VACATION OF THE PLAT OF THE TOWN OF BROADMOOR SUBDIVISION <br />(QUASI JUDICIAL) <br />PROOF OF PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR HEARING IS ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />Director Boling recapped his Memorandum of November 19, 2008 providing an <br />update on St. Johns River Water Management District's request for plat vacation, and through an <br />aerial slide depicted subject property. <br />In response to Vice Chairman Flescher's query, Director Boling affirmed that the <br />development rights would be extinguished, and the plat vacation approval would erase the plat, <br />returning the land to acreage for public purposes for use by the St. John's River Water <br />Management District (SJRWMD). <br />Robert Crabill, Attorney with Wright, Fulford, Moorhead and Brown, Orlando, <br />introduced Ray Button. <br />21 <br />December 2, 2008 <br />
