Ray Button, from St. John's River Water Management District, stated that during <br />discussions with the Fellsmere Joint Venture Group, they wanted to preserve their development <br />rights; however, after exploring their options they realized there was nothing they could preserve. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing. There were no speakers and the Chairman <br />closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />Resolution 2008-195, providing for the vacation of Town <br />of Broadmoor Subdivision, said land lying in Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />(The Chairman called a recess at 10:20 a.m. and reconvened the meeting at 10:30 <br />a.m. with all members present) <br />1O.A.2.
