COMMISSIONER Loy COMMENTED THAT THE BOARD WOULD NOT GIVE THIS <br />ALLOCATION TO HIM IN WRITTEN FORM AS THEY WANT TO GO BY THE 201 PROGRAM. <br />SHE FELT THERE WERE MANY THINGS TO CONSIDER SUCH AS THE COST, ARRANGEMENTS, <br />WHO WILL SERVICE THE WATER, ETC. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE STATED THAT THE BOARD IS GOING TO HAVE.THIS <br />201 PROGRAM APPROVED BEFORE IT WILL MOVE WITH THE PROJECT; ALL OF THE <br />INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTS MUST BE WORKED OUT AND THE EPA MUST APPROVE IT. <br />HE CONTINUED THAT THE BOARD HAS HAD MANY REQUESTS FROM OTHER PEOPLE AND <br />WE NEED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHERE THESE ALLOCATIONS ARE GOING. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS SUGGESTED THAT THE BOARD AUTHORIZE COMMISSIONER <br />LYONS AND THE ATTORNEY TO COOPERATE WITH MAYOR NOLAN IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH <br />THE CITY OF VERO BEACH TO COME UP WITH AN AGREEMENT CONSISTENT WITH THE <br />DISCUSSION HELD TODAY. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS AGREED AND STATED THAT THE CAPACITY CAN BE <br />TRANSFERRED AT A LATER DATE WHEN THE NORTH COUNTY TREATMENT PLANT IS <br />BUILT. <br />MAYOR NOLAN ASKED IF HE WAS GOING TO LEAVE THE MEETING TODAY <br />dI <br />WITH AN ALLOCATION OF 200,000 GALLONS, AND HE RECEIVED A NEGATIVE REPLY. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS SUGGESTED THAT HE INFORM THE TOWN OF INDIAN <br />RIVER SHORES THAT THE COUNTY HAS AUTHORIZED A DELEGATION TO WORK WITH <br />• <br />THE MAYOR CONSISTENT WITH THE DISCUSSION HELD TODAY. <br />FEB'2 11979 <br />BOOK 39 PACE x.03 <br />
