<br />THIS OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE IS
<br />HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, that the said Board of County Com.
<br />missioners intends to conduct a public hearing
<br />pursuant to Chapter 380.06 (7), Florida
<br />Statutes and Chapter 22-F-1.21 of the Florida
<br />Administration Code for the Development of
<br />Regional Impact known as the Lake Poinsett.
<br />Martin -Midway $00 KV Transmission Lines
<br />and Modifications to Existing 240 KV System
<br />to be constructed by Florida Power and Light
<br />Company in or near the following Sections,
<br />Ranges and Townships of the unincorporated
<br />area of Indian River County:
<br />In Township 31 S, Range 35 E, Sections 6, 7,
<br />18,19, 29, 30 and 32.
<br />In Township 32 S, Range 35 E, Section S, 6, 8,
<br />17, 20, 21, 27, 28, 34, 35 and 36.
<br />In Township 33 S, Range 36 E, Sections 6, 7,
<br />18,19, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 3S and 36.
<br />The public hearing will be conducted by the
<br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County at 11:00 A.M. on February 21,
<br />1979, in the Chambers of the Board of County
<br />Commissioners located at 2145 14th Avenue,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida. Copies of the proposed
<br />Development of Regional Impact may be
<br />examined atthe Indian River County Planning
<br />and Zoning Department located at 2121 14th
<br />Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida.
<br />This notice is being published at least sixty
<br />(60) days in advance of the subject public
<br />hearing by the Indian River County Board of
<br />County Commissioners and is being provided
<br />to the Division of State Planning, Department
<br />of Administration of the State of Florida, the
<br />Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council, the
<br />Department of Environmental Regulation of
<br />the State of Florida, and the St. John's River
<br />Water Management District.
