• <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LOY THAT THE ATTORNEY BE AUTHORIZED TO ADVISE THE PROPERTY OWNERS IN ONE <br />ACRE SUBDIVISIONS AS BEST HE CAN, AND AT THE END OF 90 DAYS, REPEAL THIS <br />ORDINANCE. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED AND THE ATTORNEY ADVISED THAT THE BOARD <br />HAS THE AUTHORITY TO REZONE PROPERTY EVEN IF THE PEOPLE DO NOT WANT IT <br />REZONED. HE CONTINUED THAT A SIMPLE DEED RESTRICT -ION CAN BE PREPARED TO <br />COVER THIS PROBLEM, SIGN IT AND MAKE IT OF RECORD. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
