Vice Chairman Davis requested this Resolution be drafted and sent to Tallahassee. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />Resolution 2007-163, Support of the Group "A" Indian <br />River Lagoon Blueway Florida Forever Project. <br />13.B.2. REQUEST FOR COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO DIRECT STAFF TO <br />RESEARCH AND PROVIDE A REPORT ONROCKAND SANDMINING <br />REGULATIONS INVOLVING A GRICULTURAL LANDS IN OTHER <br />COUNTIES <br />Vice Chairman Davis said this item came from a member of the Agricultural <br />Advisory Committee (AAC) and he did not feel comfortable giving staff direction without support <br />of the Board. He wanted to find out what other communities are doing before moving forward <br />with the Moratorium issue; and serving as the liaison to the Agricultural Advisory Committee, he <br />felt it appropriate to get consensus as to what other communities were doing so staff could provide <br />a presentation. <br />Administrator Baird wanted staff to review this and come back with a time frame. <br />Vice Chairman Davis informed the Board that the next Agricultural Advisory <br />Committee would be in January and suggested the presentation be given at that meeting. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />December 4, 2007 38 <br />
