HOME COMMUNITY – OUTSTANDING SEWER IMPACT <br />FEE OBLIGATION <br /> <br />County Attorney Collins reviewed his memorandum of November 4, 2005, and his <br />recommendation to retain the law firm Awerbach & Cohn for the purpose of filing suit against the <br />owners of Countryside Mobile Home Park. <br />A brief discussion ensued. <br />Assistant County Administrator Mike Zito stated the County’s legal position. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Neuberger, the Board unanimously <br />authorized retention of the law firm of Awerbach & Cohn, <br />without delay, for the purpose of filing suit against the <br />owners of Countryside Mobile Home Park in an attempt to <br />recover the balances believed due and owning, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of November 4, 2005. <br /> <br />COPY OF LETTER OF AGREEMENT IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />December 6, 2005 41 <br /> <br />
