Conflict of Interest: No county employee shall bid for, enter <br />into or be in any manner personally or privately interested <br />in any contract for supplies or service from any offeree. <br />Sowever, the foregoing restriction shall not -be construed <br />to restrict persons from evaluating and appraising the quality <br />and value of the product to be purchased -or service to be <br />Tendered. <br />2-1 PURCHASING AGENT <br />la.
