CALMES FELT IT <br />MIGHT BE NECESSARY TO CREATE A NEW ZONING CLASSIFICATION. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS STATED THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE A PROBLEM <br />WITH ZERO LOT LINE DEVELOPMENT AND FELT THERE CAN BE MORE OPEN .SPACE <br />THIS WAY, WHICH WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DEESON, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ATTORNEY TO EITHER WRITE <br />AN OPINION AS TO WHETHER THE PARTY WALL CONCEPT IS PERMITTED UNDER OUR <br />EXISTING ORDINANCE OR TO DRAFT APPROPRIATE LEGISLATION TO ACCOMPLISH <br />THIS, IF IT SHOULD BE NEEDED, AND BRING IT TO THE BOARD FOR APPROVAL. <br />CONSTRUCTION PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE HERCULES KONTOULAS CAME <br />BEFORE THE BOARD IN REGARD TO SEALED BIDS ON KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY EQUIP- <br />MENT AT THE OLD HOSPITAL BUILDING.
