• <br />Agreement, negotiate mutually satisfactory addendums to this <br />Contract expanding services to be performed in the following <br />areas: <br />Design Development Phase <br />Construction Documents Phase <br />Bidding Phase <br />Construction Phase <br />VII. TERMINATION <br />This Agreement may be terminated by either party by seven <br />(7) days prior written notice.
