The first six principals - $19.25 per hour <br />Project Manager, R. Singh - $14.30 per hour <br />Department Heads - $12.75 per hour <br />Architect or Engineer - $11.21 per hour <br />Drafting - $7.90 per hour <br />Clerical and Typing - $5.00 per hour <br />B. OUT -OF -POCKET -EXPENSES. The Owner shall reimburse <br />the ARCHITECT for all out-of-pocket expenses directly chargeable <br />to the project, at actual cost incurred, plus a service charge <br />of 10 percent. Such charges shall be itemized and included in <br />the morithly invoices for time charges.and shall be submitted <br />and paid as provided for time charges. Typical reimbursable <br />expenses include travel, lodging, meals and travel expenses <br />when traveling in the OWNER'S behalf, identifiable communication <br />expenses, identifiable reproduction costs, computer machine <br />charges, survey supplies, special accounting expenses not <br />applicable to general overhead. <br />C. LIMIT OF FEE. Total compensation to the ARCHITECT <br />for the professional services described under Section II of <br />this Agreement shall not exceed the amounts established as <br />follows: <br />$55,709.00 For Schematic Design <br />$13,500.00 For As Built Drawings <br />Compensation to ARCHITECT may be substantially less <br />than the amounts reflected above depending on re- <br />quirements of County. <br />V. INVOICING PROCEDURE <br />A. The ARCHITECT shall submit invoices (and time and ex- <br />pense records if requested) to the OWNER for work accomplished <br />during the preceding two weeks. Such invoices shall be submitted <br />by the ARCHITECT bi-weekly for the work accomplished and shall be <br />due and payable by the OWNER upon receipt or by the next pay <br />period. <br />VI.
