S. P. MUSICK, SURVEYOR, REPRESENTING EUGENE COBB, APPEARED <br />BEFORE THE BOARD REQUESTING TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF HALLELUIAH ACRES <br />SUBDIVISION. HE EXPLAINED THAT THIS PLAT WAS PRESENTED IN NOVEMBER OF <br />1976 BUT WAS HELD UP DUE TO THE DRAINAGE PROBLEM ADJACENT TO THIS <br />PROPOSED SUBDIVISION ON THE NORTH. MR. MUSICK STATED THAT MR. JENNINGS <br />HAS INFORMED HIM THE DRAINAGE PROBLEM HAS NOW BEEN RESOLVED, AND MR. <br />JENNINGS HAS NO OBJECTION TO TENTATIVE APPROVAL BEING GIVEN AT THIS TIME. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS ASKED ABOUT THE LOCATION OF.THE PROPERTY <br />AND BARBARA BERARD DISPLAYED AN AERIAL PHOTOGRAPH OF THE PROPERTY. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS ASKED ABOUT THE SEPTIC TANK PRESENTLY <br />LOCATED NEAR THE MOBILE HOME. <br />MR. MUSICK REPLIED THAT WHEN THE OWNER APPLIES FOR HIS BUILDING <br />PERMIT FOR LOTS 3 AND 4, HE WILL HAVE TO CORRECT THE LOCATION OF THE <br />EXISTING SEPTIC TANK. <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT FOR TENTATIVE APPROVAL <br />OF HALLELUIAH ACRES SUBDIVISION, SUBJECT TO THE REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING <br />MOBILE HOME OFF THE LOT LINE. THE MOTION DIED FOR LACK OF A SECOND. <br />MR. MUSICK EXPLAINED THAT ZONING DIRECTOR WALKER COULD NOT <br />GIVE A BUILDING PERMIT TO MR. COBB UNTIL HE MAKES THESE CORRECTIONS. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS RECOMMENDED TO THE BOARD THAT THE MOTION <br />INCLUDE THE REMOVAL OF THE MOBILE HOME OFF THE LOT LINE PRIOR TO THE <br />FINAL PLAT. HE ALSO RECOMMENDED THAT•WITHIN 18 MONTHS, MR. COBB MAKE <br />PROVISIONS TO COMPLY WITH THE COUNTY'S EXISTING ORDINANCES BY RELOCATING <br />THE STRUCTURES. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED REGARDING THE EXPENSE INVOLVED FOR THE <br />OWNER IN REMOVING THE STRUCTURES AT THIS TIME, AND MR.
