BOARD TO CONSIDER GRANTING TENTATIVE APPROVAL, SUBJECT TO REMOVING THE. <br />LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 3 AND 4, AND MAKING THEM INTO A ONE ACRE LOT. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, -THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF HALLELUIAH <br />ACRES SUBDIVISION, SUBJECT, EITHER TO REMOVAL OF THE LOT LINE AND <br />COMBINING LOTS 3 AND 4 INTO ONE LOT, OR THE REMOVAL OF THE MOBILE HOME, <br />PRIOR TO FINAL APPROVAL, <br />DEAN LUETHJE, AGENT FOR EUGENE WILMOTH AND CHARLES DEICKLER, <br />OWNERS OF CLUB GROVE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, APPEARED BEFORE THE BOARD <br />REQUESTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SAID SUBDIVISION. HE STATED THAT THIS <br />PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON REBEL ROAD WEST OF MIRAFLORES SUBDIVISION; FINAL <br />CERTIFICATION HAS BEEN GIVEN,AND ALL THE CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE. MR. <br />LUETHJE REPORTED THAT THE ROADS, WHICH HAVE BEEN INSPECTED, WILL BE <br />PRIVATE; THE LOTS ARE 1/2 ACRE; AND THE DEED RESTRICTIONS WILL BE RECORDED <br />SEPARATELY. <br />ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR NELSON INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE HAS <br />CHECKED THIS OUT WITH THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT STAFF, AND IT ALL CONFORMS. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THAT THE DEED RESTRICTIONS SHOULD BE <br />RECORDED AFTER THE PLAT IS RECORDED AS THE COUNTY OUGHT TO HAVE COPIES <br />OF THE RESTRICTIONS WHEN PEOPLE COME IN FOR THEIR BUILDING PERMITS. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED FINAL APPROVAL OF CLUB GROVE, <br />ESTATES SUBDIVISION, SUBJECT TO THE ADMINISTRATORS OFFICE MAKING A <br />PHYSICAL INSPECTION OF THE PROPERTY TO EXAMINE THE DRAINAGE DITCHES. <br />ROBERT E. ALBRIGHT APPROACHED THE BOARD REGARDING THE AGREE- <br />MENT FOR HIS CONCESSION OF RENTING BEACH EQUIPMENT AT WABASSO BEACH <br />FOR THE SUMMER. HE THEN ASKED THE ATTORNEY TO DEFINE ITEM 3 OF THE <br />PRESENT AGREEMENT AND WONDERED IF THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS OF $25 WOULD <br />CONTINUE ALL YEAR, OR JUST FROM .JUNE 1ST THROUGH AUGUST 31ST. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS VERIFIED THAT IT WOULD BE FOR 12 MONTHS, AS <br />THIS WAS AN ANNUAL AGREEMENT. <br />MR.
