<br /> <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Vice Chairman Neuberger, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lowther, to approve staff’s <br />recommendation. (Rezone to PD-Commercial and approve <br />the conceptual PD plan with the conditions listed on Page 94 <br />of the backup.) <br /> <br />Commissioner Adams questioned the west exit from the park, and Traffic Engineer <br />Christopher Mora explained how the traffic would exit the park at a signalized access to SR-60. <br /> <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried 4-1 (Chairman Ginn opposed). <br /> <br /> Chairman Ginn specified that she was voting in opposition due to the height of the <br />building. <br /> <br /> <br />The Chairman announced a 5-minute break at 11:12 a.m. The meeting was reconvened at <br />approximately 11:20 a.m. with all members present. <br /> <br />9.B.1. PUBLIC DISCUSSION ITEM - BRIAN T. HEADY – <br />IMPOSITION OF IMPACT FEES <br /> <br />Brian Heady <br />, Vero Beach, urged the Commissioners to listen to the community concerning <br />the impact of growth on the taxpayers.
