<br />Pursuant to Florida Statute 12S.35, the Board
<br />County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />ounty, Florida, will accept written bids to the
<br />our of 9:30 o'clock A.M., Wednesday, May 9,
<br />979, for the cash purchase of the following
<br />lescribed County properties:
<br />Lot 56, Unit 2, Dixie Gardens Subdivision,
<br />described on the tax roll as 24-33-39-09.0000-
<br />056.0
<br />Lot 23, Glen Acres Subdivision, described on
<br />the tax roll as 11-33.39-22.0000.023.0
<br />The Board of County Commissioners reserve
<br />the right to reject any or all of the bids and
<br />make awards in any manner which the Board
<br />considers to be in the best interest of Indian
<br />River County, Florida.
<br />All bids shall be for a cash purchase, In
<br />writing by legal description as listed above and
<br />shall include a check payable to Indian River
<br />County for ten percent (10 percent) of the bid
<br />price with the balance due five (5) days after
<br />acceptance, submitted in an envelope securely
<br />sealed and marked on the outside "SEALED
<br />BID FOR COUNTY LAND —MAY 9, 1979, AT
<br />9:30 O'CLOCK A.M." The bid may be mailed
<br />or delivered to the office of the County Ad-
