That the final plat or legal documents filed <br />with the final plat shall: <br />a) Provide a restriction against nuisance <br />recreation uses. <br />b) Reference the best management practices <br />requirement, including home construction operation. <br />c) Place the common open space under the <br />control of the Property Owners Association (POA), to <br />be maintained as open space in perpetuity, in a <br />manner acceptable to the County Attorney. <br />d) Staff to keep the option of interconnectivity open; and <br />e) Staff to add an Easement for the stub -outs. <br />The Chairman called a recess at 10:43 a.m. and reconvened the meeting at 10:51 <br />a.m., with all members present. <br />1O.A.4.
