<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, will consider the
<br />following changes and additions to the Zoning
<br />Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />which changes and additions are substantially
<br />as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />In Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Tracts S and 6 in the South half of Section 9,
<br />Township 32 South, Range 39 East, according
<br />to the last general plat of lands of the Indian
<br />River Farms Company, as filed in the office of
<br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
<br />County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25; said
<br />land now lying and being in Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
<br />Be changed from R-1 Residential to A-
<br />Agriculturai District.
<br />A public hearing in relation thereto at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens shall have an
<br />opportunity to be heard, will be held by said
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission in the
<br />County Commission Room, Indian River
<br />County Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida,
<br />Thursday, April 12, 1979, at 7:30 P.M., after
<br />which said public hearing in relalion thereto at
<br />which parties in interest and citizens shall
<br />have anopportunity to be heard will be held by
<br />the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, in the County Com-
<br />mission Room, Indian River County Cour-
<br />thouse, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday,
