8.T. EMERGENCY PURCHASE ORDER #56176 CKA & ASSOCIATES WABASSO <br />BEACH PARK DUNE RESTORATION <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Vice Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously <br />approved Purchase Order #56176, with CKA & <br />Associates, Inc., in the amount of $39,450.00, and <br />authorized the issuance of a Change Order in the same <br />amount to replace the Emergency Purchase Order, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of January 22, 2009. <br />8.U. CONSERVATION EASEMENT FOR COUNTY ROAD 512 PHASE 3 PROJECT <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Vice Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the revised <br />Conservation Easement with St. Johns River Water <br />Management District (SJRWMD).
