AMENDMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />11.J.6 GRAND HARBOR SPOONBILL MARSH SITE, WORK <br />ORDER NO. 17 WITH MASTELLER, MOLER, REED & <br />TAYLOR, INC. FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSE SURVEY OF THE <br />SUBMERGED LAND LEASE AREA <br />Director Olson explained that this is a Department of Environment Protection (DEP) <br />requirement on survey associated with the submerged lands and it is not part of the original survey. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chair Bowden, the Board unanimously approved <br />Work Order No. 17 with Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, <br />Inc., in the amount not to exceed $22,450.00 to provide <br />additional survey services for the Spoonbill Marsh Site, and <br />authorized the Chairman to execute said Work Order, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of January 26, 2007. <br />WORK ORDER IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />11.J.7 AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO WORK ORDER NO. 1 WITH <br />ECOTECH CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR PERMITTING <br />SERVICES FOR THE SPOONBILL MARSH SITE <br />Director Olson explained that this finalizes a very complex design process.
