ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THAT SINCE THERE ARE NO STRUCTURES <br />IN THE SUBDIVISION NOWj HIS REMEDY WOULD.BE TO VACATE THE ENTIRE PLAT, <br />AND COMMISSIONER LYONS AGREED, <br />ZONING DIRECTOR WALKER REPORTED THAT MR. TURMAN WILL HAVE TO <br />COME TO THE ZONING COMMISSION AND THE TAC COMMITTEE, AND IT WILL BE SET <br />UP AS A MOBILE HOME TRACT. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS COMMENTED THAT MR, TURMAN HAS TO ASK THE <br />BOARDS PERMISSION FOR VACATION OF THE PLAT AND SUGGESTED THAT AN AD BE <br />PUBLISHED FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD. <br />MR, TURMAN STATED THAT HE WILL DO WHATEVER IS NECESSARY TO <br />COMPLY, AND ATTORNEY COLLINS SUGGESTED HE RETAIN AN ATTORNEY TO HELP <br />WITH THE VACATION OF THE PLAT. <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMIS- <br />SIQNER DEESON, TO AUTHORIZE THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR VACATION OF RE -PLAT <br />#Z OF GRENVIEW GARDENS SUBDIVISION, OWNED BY LLOYD H. TURMAN, <br />ADMINISTRATOR KENNINGS SUGGESTED THAT IN VACATING THE PLAT THAT <br />40' ALONG OSLO ROAD, WHICH IS THE NORTH -SOUTH EASEMENT FOR UTILITIES, <br />BE RETALNED, AND IT WAS NOTED THAT COULD BE TAKEN CARE OF AT THE TIME OF <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />MR. TURMAN STATED THAT HE WOULD GO ALONG WITH ANY REQUIREMENT <br />THAT THE COUNTY MAKES NOW OR IN THE FUTURE: <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED ON THE PROBLEM MR. TURMAN HAS IN GETTING <br />TO MEETINGS, AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT IF MR. TURMAN COULD NOT ATTEND, <br />HIS COUNSEL WILL APPEAR IN HIS BEHALF. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. IT WAS VOTED ON AND <br />CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. <br />THE BOARD THEN ADJOURNED AT 12:10 O'CLOCK P.M. FOR LUNCH AND <br />RECONVENED AT 1:35 O:CLOCK P.M. -WITH THE SAME MEMBERS PRESENT. <br />ADMINISTRATOR KENNINGS REPORTED THAT HE HAS RECEIVED THE BARBER <br />AVENUE CONTRACT FROM KUNDE, DRIVER, SIMPSON & ASSOCIATES.AND BELIEVES THEY <br />CAN -PUT INTO EFFECT THE SCHEDULE WORKED OUT ON PAGE Z. HE ESTIMATED <br />THAT BARBER AVENUE COULD BE COMPLETED IN JUNE, 1980, AND IF THE BOARD <br />APPROVED, THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS COULD BE SUBMITTED TO THE LOCAL <br />NEWSPAPER TODAY.
