RESOLUTION NO. 79-62 <br />WHEREAS, JAMES ENOS filed a Dedication of Enos Sub- <br />division on the 27th day of June, 1889, in Brevard County, <br />Florida, and <br />WHEREAS,_the plat for the Subdivision dedicated certain <br />streets and roadways as evidenced on the plat to the public, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, there has been question as to whether or not <br />the dedications were accepted at the time of the filing of <br />the plat or have been accepted by the appropriate governmental <br />agencies since the filing of the plat, and <br />WHEREAS, said property is now lying in Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, desire to clear any ambiguities as to the <br />dedications, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD.OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That: <br />1. The Board hereby accepts or reaffirms a prior accept- <br />ance of those roads and streets as were dedicated to the public <br />by James Enos upon the filing of Enos Plat Subdivision on the <br />27th day of June, 1889. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY : 6//�ti C �! <br />William C.
