L PUBLIC HEARING <br />MGC DEVELOPMENT GROUP, LLC'S REQUEST FOR PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENT (PD) SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE APPROVAL FOR A PROJECT <br />TO BE KNOWN AS BLOOMFIELD (LEGISLATIVE) <br />PROOF OF PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR HEARING IS ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />Planning Director Stan Boling presented this item to the Board, using a map and <br />aerial view of the site to review the various available options and land use densities. He <br />noted that if the conceptual plan were approved, the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />(P&Z) and staff would review a more detailed site plan. P&Z recommended approval of <br />the Conceptual Plan with the conditions outlined in Senior Planner Brian Freeman's <br />memorandum of March 5, 2007. <br />Mr. Boling invited questions from the Board. <br />Chairman Wheeler wished they had more Planned Developments with <br />interconnectivity in the project, and he felt the location was good for this project. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing. <br />March 13, 2007 13 <br />
