Dave Woodward, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., representing the project, was <br />available to answer questions. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan wanted to know what the affordable housing prices would <br />be and Mr. Woodward responded that there were no plans for Affordable Housing at this <br />time. <br />Bob Johnson, Coral Wind Subdivision, was opposed to the Bloomfield <br />Development. <br />Ray Scent, 1615 70 Court, spoke in favor of this project, stating that there is no <br />place in the County that would be more fitting for this type of development. <br />There were no additional speakers and the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />MGC Development Group, LLC's Request for Planned <br />Development Special Exception Use Approval for a Project <br />to be known as Bloomfield <br />(PD -06-10-08/2006020021-55458), with the following <br />conditions: <br />(1) Within five years after special exception approval, the <br />applicant shall obtain final PD plan approval for the <br />entire project. If such final PD plan approval is not <br />obtained, then the PD special exception approval shall <br />automatically expire. <br />March 13, 2007 14 <br />
