<br />FLORIDA, MET IN SPECIAL SESSION AT THE COURTHOUSE, VERO BEACH, FLORIDA,
<br />ON TUESDAY, JULY 17, 1979, AT 7:30 O'CLOCK P.M. PRESENT WERE WILLIAM C.
<br />WODTKE, JR., CHAIRMAN; ALMA LEE Loy, VICE CHAIRMAN; WILLARD W. SIEBERT,
<br />JR.; R. DON DEESON; AND PATRICK B. LYONS. ALSO PRESENT WERE WILLIAM W.
<br />CALDWELL, ACTING AS ATTORNEY TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN
<br />THE ABSENCE OF GEORGE G. COLLINS, JR.; AND VIRGINIA HARGREAVES, DEPUTY
<br />CLERK.
<br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCED THAT IT
<br />IS BEING HELD SPECIFICALLY TO DECIDE UPON THE NEED FOR A HOUSING
<br />AUTHORITY.
<br />THE HOUR OF 7:30 O'CLOCK P.M. HAVING PASSED, THE DEPUTY CLERK
<br />READ THE FOLLOWING NOTICE WITH PROOF OF PUBLICATION ATTACHED, TO -WIT:

<br />f County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, will hold a public hearing at
<br />7:30 p.m. on the 17th day of July, 1979, in the
<br />County Commission Chambers in the Indian
<br />River County Courthouse to consider the
<br />adoption of a resolution declaring a need for a
<br />housing authority created under Florida
<br />Statute 421 and to transact such other matters
<br />as the commission deems appropriate
<br />regarding Chapter 421, Florida Statutes.
