NECESSITY OF TAKE RESOLUTION FOR PARCEL OF <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 66TH AVENUE <br />AND 49TH STREET, MARY CHARLENE BROWN PARCELS 107C, 107 <br />AND 404 <br />Deputy County Attorney Bill DeBraal recapped the backup memorandum of <br />March 11, 2009, and provided a synopsis of the subject Project's purpose, and said the subject <br />property is an 8.16 acre of property, vacant land, unimproved, with no structures on it. The <br />County needs to acquire 3.53 acres for right-of-way and 2.56 acres for a stormwater retention <br />pond.
