Commissioner Solari questioned the necessity for the pond site at this location, <br />and Project Engineer Arjuna Weragoda explained that usually for every 1/2 mile segment they <br />need a retention pond. He answered other questions from the Board regarding full take <br />purchases versus eminent domain. Director Mora added that in the event of full take they could <br />sell the remainder.
