JUL 181979 <br />C O N T R A C T <br />THIS AGREEMENT made the day of <br />&OGS. 1 PAGE M <br />19 by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, hereinafter referred <br />to as "County", and , <br />hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", heirs successors and <br />assigns, <br />For valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. The parties agree that this contract is entered into <br />for the purposes, of establishing a procedure to lead to an <br />issuance of a park permit for the use of KIWANIS HOBART PARK <br />and for the purpose of binding the parties during the period <br />of applicant's use of Kiwanis Hobart Park and to insure that <br />Applicant abides by all rules and regulations of the park and <br />leaves the park in a safe and sanitary condition. <br />2. For the purposes of this Agreement, the County <br />Administrator will act on behalf of the Board of County Commis- <br />sioners and the Park Supervisor will be the County Administrator's <br />direct representative. All arrangements made by the Applicant <br />in connection with the proposed activity are subject to the <br />approval of the County Administrator or his representative. All <br />rules and regulations for use of the park as presently exists or <br />hereinafter implemented are hereby incorporated in this Agreement <br />and shall be binding upon the parties. <br />3.
