M <br />be supervised to such a degree that it creates no hazard, danger, <br />or,threat to the use of the park by other participants. The <br />Park Supervisor and Applicant shall personally visit the site <br />prior to a final permit being issued and determine the most <br />suitable area within the park to hold the activity. The Applicant <br />jointly with the Park Supervisor, shall prepare a sketch as <br />described in Paragraph No. 5 which shall be approved by the County <br />Administrator. Applicant agrees to confine his activity to the <br />designated area once selected. <br />4. The Applicant agrees that no changes to grade line, <br />tree removal, plant destruction, damage to building, fences or <br />other structures will be permitted and Applicant shall be <br />personally responsible for any repair to damage of park property <br />resulting from Applicant's use. <br />The Park Supervisor shall provide an adequate number of <br />trash barrels with liners to Applicant prior to the activity <br />beginning. Applicant shall have the responsibility of emptying <br />the trash barrels on a daily basis or more often as necessary <br />and shall be provided with additional liners as needed. The <br />Applicant shall provide a general clean up of the site on at <br />least a daily basis or more often if it is determined by the <br />Park Supervisor. At the conclusion of the activity, Applicant <br />warrants that the site shall be returned in as good a condition <br />as that in which it prevailed prior to the activity commencing. <br />In the event Applicant neglects to empty the trash barrels or <br />provide them as needed, conduct a daily clean up or leave the <br />park grounds in satisfactory condition at the conclusion of the <br />activity, County may provide the necessary clean up and deduct <br />the cost thereof from Applicant's cash bond. <br />5. Applicant shall receive with the permit when issued <br />a sketch of the park facilities designating the various areas of <br />activity, including any temporary electrical or phone service, <br />parking areas, tables, tents, seating areas, barriers, portable <br />toilet locations, roads, first aid stations, fire fighting <br />equipment, speaking platforms, and other items required by <br />-2- <br />JUL <br />2- <br />JUL 181979 BooK 41 PAGE x.94 <br />
