Any <br />deviation in the location of any of the facilities mentioned <br />above by Applicant shall be grounds for termination of the permit. <br />6. Prior to the permit being issued, approval shall be <br />obtained by the Applicant from Indian River County Sheriff's <br />Department confirming that Applicant has adequate parking, <br />traffic flow, sufficient number of parking attendants, and other <br />adequate security measures. The parties agree that Indian River <br />County is not responsible for providing any security. The <br />Applicant has the sole responsibility of providing security and <br />shall provide a minimum of one licensed security officer per <br />one hundred persons in attendance. The Park Supervisor shall <br />have the right to modify this requirement as he deems appropriate. <br />7. Prior to the issuance of a permit, the Applicant shall <br />demonstrate provisions for adequate sanitary facilities. Sanitary <br />facilities must meet the standards in numbers and quality of the <br />Indian River County Health Department, Park Supervisor and State <br />Law. <br />8. Prior to the issuance of a permit, the Applicant shall <br />demonstrate the availability of potable water to the site satis- <br />factory to the Park Supervisor. <br />9. Prior to the issuance of a permit, the Applicant shall <br />personally confer with the fire department responsible for the <br />particular site area, alert them to the date, time and scope of <br />the activity and implement any recommendations proposed by the <br />designated fire department. Written approval from the fire <br />department must be presented to the Park Supervisor prior to the <br />issuance of the permit. <br />10. Prior to the issuance of a permit, the Applicant <br />must demonstrate sufficient provisions for first aid stations. <br />Notice shall be given to the Volunteer Ambulance Squad as to <br />the time, scope and location of the event. Large activities <br />shall have first aid stations manned by qualified personnel. <br />- 3 - <br />
