<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board
<br />of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, will hold a public hearing at
<br />its regular meeting on Wednesday, July 18,'
<br />1979, at 11:30 a.m., in the County Commission
<br />Room in the Indian River County Court House,
<br />in Vero Beach, Florida, concerning the
<br />vacation of the plat of the subdivision known as
<br />REPLAT OF GRENVIEW GARDENS, in- I
<br />cluding the vacation and abandonment of the
<br />lots, blocks, streets, and other easements for '
<br />public purposes, as to the following -described
<br />property:
<br />GRENVIEW GARDENS, according to the
<br />Replat thereof recorded in -Plat Book 5, page
<br />10, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
<br />Florida, being a subdivision of the East 1
<br />acres of Tract 15, of Section 22, Township 33
<br />South, Range 39 East; said land situate, lying
<br />and being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />The above-described property is presently
<br />zoned R1 -MP (mobile home park), and that it
<br />is further being requested that the property
<br />remain zoned RI -MP following vacation of the
<br />plat.
<br />At said hearing, the Board of County Com-
<br />missioners will hear objections to said action
<br />and will receive recommendations from the
<br />County Planning and Zoning Departments as
<br />to the action contemplated.

<br />ATTORNEY CHESTER E. CLEM, REPRESENTING LLOYD TURMAN, APPROACHED
<br />THE BOARD REGARDING THE ABANDONMENT OF REPLAT OF GRENVIEW GARDENS. HE
<br />CONTINUED THAT THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN ZONED R -IMP AND THERE WILL BE A
<br />NEW PLAT FILED AT A LATER TIME BY THE NEW OWNERS.
<br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT STATED THAT THE BOARD WANTS TO RETAIN
<br />THE EXISTING 40' EASEMENT. DISCUSSION FOLLOWED ALONG THOSE LINES.
<br />ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS EXPLAINED THAT THE BOARD DOES NOT WANT
<br />TO ABANDON ANY EXISTING EASEMENT ON OSLO ROAD. HE STATED THAT SINCE
<br />THIS PROPERTY IS GOING TO BE REPLATTED INTO A MOBILE HOME PARK, IT WILL
