JUL x.81979 <br />41 GE197 <br />Agreement. An inspection of the site area with the Park <br />Supervisor may be conducted prior to the event upon the request <br />of the Applicant. Failure of the Applicant to satisfactorily <br />clean up the park area or comply with all terms of this <br />Agreement shall result in the resulting damages being deducted <br />from the cash bond. In the event the cash bond is insufficient <br />to pay for damages resulting from Applicant's use of the park <br />property and failure to comply with this Agreement, Applicant <br />shall be responsible for any and all charges over and above <br />the bonded amount, including court costs and attorney's fees of <br />the County. <br />16. Applicant agrees to abide by and be responsible for <br />compliance with the following rules and regulations: <br />A. <br />NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES <br />PERMITTED <br />IN THE PARK. <br />B. <br />Speed limit of ten (10) <br />miles per <br />hour within the park. <br />C. No fire works or fire arms allowed in park. <br />D. Pets in park area must be kept on leash. <br />E. Riding a motor bike or motorcycle is prohibited except <br />for designated ingress and egress areas. <br />F. Fires permitted in designated areas only (grills). <br />G. Swim at your own risk only in designated areas. <br />H. Park must be kept clean. All litter deposited in <br />trash barrels. <br />I.
