THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY <br />SAINTS' REQUEST FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE <br />APPROVAL TO EXPAND AN EXISTING CHURCH (QUASI - <br />JUDICIAL) <br />PROOF OF PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR HEARING IS ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />Planning Director Stan Boling recapped the backup memorandum dated March 10, <br />2008, and provided background description and conditions of MBV's Engineering, Inc.'s <br />Application for special exception use approval on behalf of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter <br />Day Saints, to expand the existing church located at 3866 12th Street. Director Keating presented <br />staff's recommendation for approval, based on the conditions outlined on pages 68-69 of the <br />backup. <br />Director Boling thereafter responded to questions from the Board regarding buffer <br />requirements, night traffic complaints, and access to the site by existing residents. <br />The Chairman opened the Public Hearing. <br />9 <br />March 18, 2008 <br />
